The Director General National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, NILDS, Professor Abubakar Sulaiman has congratulated the Kwara State APC Chairman, Sunday Fagbemi as the newly appointed Chairman Governing Board of the National Cereals Research Institute, (NCRI) Badeggi, Niger State.
In a congratulatory message contained in a statement issued on Thursday by his Media Aide Mohammad Abdulkadri, Professor Sulaiman appreciated President Bola Tinubu for considering Fagbemi deserving of the strategic board chairmanship position.
He vouched for the integrity, administrative competence and managerial acumen of the appointee to breathe fresh air into the institute to bolster the nation’s growth in the Cereals sector.
Prof. Sulaiman stated that Fagbemi is a man with track record of midas touches that go beyond the political party’s administrative doggedness, while also commending the Kwara State Governor and Chairman Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) AbdulRahman AbdulRazak for yet another glory won for Kwarans under his watch.
