The Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Professor Abubakar Sulaiman, has congratulated Professor Abdulquadir Ibrahim Abikan, on his appointment as the Director General and Council Member of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS).
In a statement issued by the Media Adviser, to DG NILDS Mohammad Abdulkadri, describes the appointment as well-deserved, commending Professor Abikan’s integrity and competence.
He also expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu, for approving the appointment of the distinguished scholar.
Professor Sulaiman extended his prayers for God’s guidance and a successful tenure as Professor Abikan takes the helm of leadership at NIALS.
