Reps Hails Saudi Founding Day, Calls for Stronger Ties

The Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Finance, Saidu Abdullahi, has congratulated the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Nigeria, Yousef Albalawi, on the occasion of Saudi Founding Day, using the moment to highlight the importance of sustained diplomatic and economic cooperation between both countries.

In a statement issued Sunday, Abdullahi describs Saudi Founding Day as a reflection on the vision and leadership of Imam Muhammad bin Saud, whose legacy, laid the foundation for a kingdom known today for stability, unity, and purposeful governance.

The lawmaker commended Ambassador Albalawi for his distinguished service and efforts to strengthen friendship, mutual understanding, and people-to-people relations between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.

He also praised the Kingdom for its consistent commitment to peace, development, humanitarian ideals, and its respected role in the Islamic world and the international community.

Abdullahi extended best wishes to the Ambassador, the Kingdom’s leadership, and its people, emphasizing continued peace, unity, and prosperity as Saudi Arabia marks this historic milestone.
