RMAFC takes a bold step into digital transformation with its new performance management system.

The Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) has launched a digital-driven Performance Management System (PMS) as part of efforts to modernise its operations and improve service delivery.

Declaring open a staff training programme on the new PMS in Abuja, the Chairman of the Commission, Dr. Mohammed Bello Shehu, OFR, reaffirmed RMAFC’s commitment to embracing digital transformation.

Represented by Ismail Mohammed Agaka, Federal Commissioner representing Kwara State, Dr. Shehu explained that the new system would replace the old annual performance evaluation report, ensuring greater efficiency, fewer errors, and the phasing out of analog processes.

A statement on Wednesday by the commission said he urged staff to embrace the changes, warning that “if you do not shake into the system, the system will likely shake you out,” while encouraging participants to adjust their mindset and attitude ahead of the rollout in the coming months.

Also speaking, the Secretary to the Commission, Nwaeze Okechukwu, described RMAFC as one of the nation’s most strategic institutions and said the training would equip officers with the skills needed to adapt to digital transformation.

He encouraged staff to cultivate professionalism, including punctuality and proper dress, alongside continuous learning.

Delivering a goodwill message, the PMS Consultant from Reliefline Nigeria Limited, Emmanuel Ohiro, commended RMAFC’s initiative and urged staff to take the training seriously, noting its potential to significantly enhance service delivery.
