The Director General of National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Prof. Abubakar O. Sulaiman, during the Executive Education programme; the Oxford High Performance Leadership Programme, at Said Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom, addressed fellow participants on his leadership journey, reflecting on his formative years and the challenges he encountered in his early life.
He also formally presented a copy of his new publication, Destiny, Character and Leadership, to the Academic Coordinator of the programme, Professor Sally Maitlis.
