The Tinubu House to House Network has declared its support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections, while also endorsing Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan for the Yobe State governorship race.

The endorsement was unveiled on Wednesday during a well-attended rally in Nguru, drawing a large coalition of grassroots mobilisers, community elders, women, and youth groups from across the 17 local government areas of the state.

According to a statement issued by the Media Adviser to Senator Lawan, Ezrel Tabiowo, the gathering underscores growing political alignment within the state ahead of the next election cycle.

Speaking at the rally, the National Secretary of the network, Bashir Sharif Tahir, described the movement as a coalition of progressive-minded stakeholders committed to advancing the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda while sustaining development strides in Yobe.

Tahir noted that the group has intensified its engagement with political and community stakeholders across wards in the state, with a view to building a united and formidable structure ahead of 2027.

He further explained that the endorsement of Senator Lawan was based on his track record in legislative leadership, facilitation of infrastructure projects, and consistent advocacy for peace and development in Yobe State.

The rally is widely seen as an early signal of the political trajectory in Yobe, as stakeholders begin to position for the 2027 general elections.
